And women of color, LGBTQ+ women, and women with disabilities face more acute biases. Yet only one in three employees, including managers, challenges biased behavior when they see it.

50 Ways to Fight Bias invites participants to walk through scenarios meant to help them identify types of bias, and more importantly, what to do when they encounter them. Using a discussion based model, it invites the group to share their own experiences and thoughts on bias, while being provided with important statistics and examples. This program is meant for all levels, gender identities, and backgrounds.
