macOS Sonoma

We would like to inform you that Apple has just released macOS Sonoma. However, at the time the Sonoma upgrade is temporarily being blocked while ITS evaluates it’s compatibility with our standard applications and environment.  

Once we have thoroughly tested we will send out a notification through University Announcements to let you know when the upgrade will be available.

Please note the following:

• Older computers: Some older computer may still display the option to upgrade to Sonoma
• Newer computers: For newer computers, the upgrade option may be currently hidden.

In the meantime, we strongly recommend that you continue to perform regular device  updates. To do this on an older computer click on “More information” under the “other  updates as available or click on “another update is available.”  On newer computers: Click the “update now” button.
