A Crucified People and a Fragile Resurrection: Offering Solace and Support to Survivors of Domestic Violence

Campus Ministry, The Diocese Of Bridgeport and FairfieldU Wellness are collaborating on this special event in recognition of Dating/Domestic Violence awareness month. 

Dr. Ashley Theuring is a Professor of Theology at Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH and Co-Director the Institute for Spirituality and Social Justice.  Her remarks will dive deep into domestic violence, the experience of survivors, and the Church's response, which has been altogether almost silent.
