Presidential Ball Volunteers

On Friday, September 29th, FUSA and the Office of Student Engagement will be hosting the 20th Annual Presidential Ball from 8-11pm on Bellarmine Lawn. Our student leaders are excited to have the opportunity to host an annual event again but, as we know, this event is impossible without the help of volunteers.

Volunteers could be assigned to assist with any of these roles:

• Directing student foot traffic
• Working the entrance and line management
• Managing presidential photo line
• Working medical tent
• Managing bathroom area
• Floating through event, notifying of any students in need of medical attention

The volunteer shift is 6:30pm-midnight. Please fill out the form at the link here by Monday, September 25th, if you are able to volunteer. A small stipend will be provided for your time. Information will be sent out with more details as the event nears if you are volunteering.
