EMS Update and Lunch and Learn Series

With the new school year EMS has an update and new learning opportunities.

Our larger event spaces will now be available to reserve up to a year in advance, and require at least 5 business days notice to reserve.

This will help with your advance planning. Look for the template "Large Space Event Planning" to be added to your EMS account.

Need advice on the best way navigate the system?

Bring your lunch and join the Office of Conference & Event Management for a lunch and learn series to help guide you through EMS.

Come learn the ins and outs of EMS, the University's system of record to book all your meeting and events across campus.

See what's new in the system, learn how to put in reservations, how to order media and catering, as well as what to do when your plans change.
