Office 365 Maintenance

Fairfield ITS needs to perform an Office 365 security update.

The date and time of the update: 
The maintenance will begin at 8:00 PM on Thursday, June 22nd, 2023 and will be completed Thursday,  June 29th.

Services that will be down: 
Over this time period, users may occasionally need to log back into Microsoft Office 365. For example, you may need to log back into Teams. Outside of that, this should be a minimal and/or unnoticeable event.

For those new to Microsoft Office 365, it is a collaboration and meeting platform. With Office 365, you have access to a suite of cloud-based applications that enables you to collaborate seamlessly with your colleagues, boost productivity, and remain productive from just about anywhere.

If everything goes as planned:
After maintenance, University Microsoft Office 365 services will have the current security update applied.
