New "Report Suspicious" Button Taking the Place of Outlook PhishAlarm Button

As of Wednesday, May 31, 2023, Fairfield University is implementing a new external sender banner and Report Suspicious button for improved email protection. This banner will help give us improved visibility to external, and possibly suspicious, senders. 

The new Report Suspicious button (shown below to the right in the below image) will be taking the place of the previous Report Spam/Phish PhishAlarm button (shown below in the second image).

The above button (PhishAlarm) is no longer supported. Additionally, the Report Suspicious button has been successfully tested on all platforms.
