Family Day: Earth Day

Join us for eco-friendly arts & crafts on Earth Day!
Join us in the Bellarmine Hall Galleries’ museum classroom for arts & crafts designed for ages 4-10. Children will learn about appreciating nature, using natural/recycled objects to create beautiful art, and the effects of weathering on sculptures. Supplies will be provided and light refreshments will be available. Feel free to bring any specific recyclable items that you would like to include in your artworks!
Activities will include:
- Making art out of recyclables
- Nature weaving
- Activities with our historical plaster cast collection
- Short nature walk (weather dependent)
Please note: This event is in-person only. Space is limited! Please register via the link below.
Ticket options: Please select Session 1 OR Session 2 and register with how many children are attending. Example: 1 ticket=1 child. Space is limited. If you are unable to attend, please let us know via email: museum@fairfield.edu or call us at 203-254-4046.
