Student Leadership Recognition Ceremony: Jesuit Award Nominations LIVE

Thank you for your interest in nominating a student, group, or mentor for one of the Jesuit Student Leadership Awards!  Winners will be announced at the 12th Annual Leadership Recognition Ceremony, which will be held on Wednesday, April 19th, 2023 at 7:00 PM in The Quick Center Auditorium. 

At Fairfield University, our understanding of leadership is grounded in the traditional Jesuit teachings of leadership.  The Jesuits believe that:

• “We’re all leaders, and we’re leading all the time, well or poorly.”
• “Leadership springs from within.  It’s about who I am as much as what I do.”
• “Leadership is not an act.  It is my life, a way of living.”
• “I never complete the task of becoming a leader.  It’s an ongoing process.”
