The CAREER & INTERNSHIP FAIR is Wed., Feb. 15!

The University Career Center will be hosting the spring Career & Internship Fair for students of all class years and majors, including nursing and graduate students, on Wed., Feb. 15 in the RecPlex from 12-3 p.m.  

This event is a great chance for students to connect with 90+ organizations that are hiring for full-time and internship opportunities. The fair will offer…

• Employers from a wide range of industries
• Career Center staff will provide guidance at the Ask An Advisor table
• Resume printing station
• LinkedIn photo booth 

Employer Registration Closes Wed., Feb. 8
If you are in contact with employers who are interested in recruiting Fairfield students, please let them know that registration is open in Stags4Hire (Handshake) or they can e-mail careers@fairfield.edu for more information. Students can sign in to Stags4Hire at any time to view information about registered employers.

Student Resources
Students are encouraged to take advantage of the resources offered by Fairfield’s career centers to ensure they are prepared.

Stags4Hire: To participate, students must have a complete profile on Handshake. They can check out the Getting Started guide for step-by-step instructions and can check the event page for the most current list of employers.

Career Counselors and Career Peer Advisors: Students should contact their school's career center for assistance with career strategies, updating or creating their resume, developing an elevator pitch, and much more.

Career Fair Workshops: Fairfield’s career centers will be offering workshops focused on preparing for the fair. Students can check Life@Fairfield for the current schedule and to register.

Career Closet: The Career Closet is available to those in need of professional attire for the fair, interviews, and networking events. Students can schedule an appointment at careers@fairfield.edu.

Resume Printing & LinkedIn Photos: Students can stop by the Career Center in the Kelley Center to print copies of their resumes and get a new or updated LinkedIn photo.
