VPN Maintenance Upgrade for Global Protect Client - Tuesday January 31st 2023 6:30am to 8am

The reason for the outage: 
Fairfield needs to perform a maintenance upgrade and security updates to the Global Protect VPN application.

The date and time of the shutdown: 
The maintenance will begin at 6:30am and finish by 8:00am on Tues 1/31/23.

Services that will be down: 
Users will be unable to VPN into the Fairfield University network using the Global Protect VPN client during this time.

Services that will remain online:
All other services will remain online during this maintenance window.

If everything goes as planned:
After the upgrade is completed, the Global Protect VPN application will be on the most current, and most secure, version
