2022 Form 1095-C is now available in Workday
The 2022 Form 1095-C is now available to be viewed and/or printed in Workday.
As in past years, a Form 1095-C is provided to all benefits-eligible employees prior to the March 2, 2023 deadline. Form 1095-C, which is required as part of the Affordable Care Act, provides you with information about the health coverage offered by Fairfield University. It also provides information about whether you enrolled in this coverage.
The 2022 1095-C form can be viewed and/or printed at your convenience from Workday under Menu > Benefits > View > My ACA Forms. If you did not select a paperless Form 1095-C, you will also receive a paper copy of the 1095-C form mailed to your home prior to the March 2nd deadline.
