Location: Advisor Needed! Atlantic Hope - Humanitarian Aid and Disaster Relief field exercise
The Center for Social Impact is looking for an advisory for the Atlantic Hope Experience; a humanitarian simulation to be held at the Northwest Missouri State University from Thurdsay, 31 March to Sunday, 2 April 2023. WHO: Consortium for Humanitarian Service and Education (CHSE) and agency partners
WHAT: Four day Humanitarian Aid and Disaster Relief field exercise in a complex emergency scenario:
· Leadership
· Active Followership
· Highly Effective Team Building
· Incident Command System
· Humanitarian Negotiations
· Humanitarian Aid and Disaster Relief Operations
· Disaster Medical Operations
· Humanitarian Security
WHEN: 30 March to 2 April 2023
WHERE: Training Area: Mozingo Training Area at Northwest Missouri State University.
WHY: Provide hands on field training experience to develop leadership, followership, and technical skills in preparation for future careers and contributions.
