National STEM Day
Date: 11-08-2022
Time: 11:00 AM
Location: Bannow Atrium
National STEM Day falls on November 8th! There is no way around it: we are better off with strong science, technology, engineering, and mathematics! That’s why STEM programs are so important. These fields push society forward, and academic programs in STEM help develop the next generation of professionals to continue to make advancements that can better society.
So, on November 8th from 11:00am to 1:00pm in the Bannow Atrium, we celebrate National STEM Day at Fairfield University! Please join the College of Arts & Sciences math and science departments and the School of Engineering for information and displays on our STEM programs, conversations with faculty, highlights from our STEM research students, giveaways and much more! As part of this event, the College of Arts & Sciences Office of Career and Professional Development will be available to look over resumes or LinkedIn profiles, and answer any related questions.
