This Weekend in Athletics
Location: RecPlex, Lessing Field, and University Field
This weekend, come support the Stags as men's & women's swimming & diving, men's soccer, volleyball, and field hockey are all back in action on campus.
Friday, October 7th
- Men's & Women's Diving host the 2022 Fairfield invitational beginning at 6:00pm in the RecPlex.
Saturday, October 8th
- Men's & Women's Swimming race in the Fairfield Invitational beginning at 12:00pm in the RecPlex.
- Women's Volleyball takes on Manhattan at 1:00pm in the RecPlex.
"Herd for a Cure" match. T-shirts and raffle tickets will be sold and donations will be collected to support the Cancer Couch Foundation. Fans are encouraged to wear pink to promote breast cancer awareness.
- Men's Soccer vs. Rider at 7:00pm at Lessing Field
All faculty and staff receive one free complimentary ticket. Additional tickets can be purchased at fairfieldstags.com/tix. The gates to Lessing Field will open at noon. New for the 2022 season, the Aramark food truck will be at Lessing Field serving traditional gameday favorites, as well as beer, wine and seltzer. A valid ID is required for all alcohol sales.
Lil' Stags Bring-A-Friend Day: All Lil' Stags Club Members receive free youth admission for themselves and a friend! An additional youth ticket to all Lil' Stags Club members will be sent automatically via mobile delivery.
Sunday, October 9th
- Field Hockey faces Merrimack at 1:00pm at University Field.
- Volleyball closes its weekend when they host Iona at 1:00pm in the RecPlex.
