September 11th Mass of Remembrance

All are invited to join us for the annual September 11th Mass of Remembrance, this Sunday, September 11, 2022 at 11 a.m. at Egan Chapel of St. Ignatius Loyola.
Fairfield University remembers all the victims of 9/11, but in a special way, we recall our alumni who perished on that day, and the family and friends who mourn their passing.

We also remember at this Mass, James N. Costello '85, FDNY Battalion Chief, who passed away on November 25, 2015, and whose death was deemed "In the line of duty." from his service on September 11, 2001.
Additionally, we continue to remember all the first responders who died on, and who have gone to God since, that September day, and those who still serve our communities.
