Data Center Maintenance – Saturday August 20th - 5:00am to 2:00pm

The reason for the maintenance window: 

In order to maintain our compliance with current security and performance standards, ITS will be installing new network hardware in our data center.

The date and time of the maintenance: 

The installation will commence at approximately 5:00am on Saturday August 20^th. All work is expected to be complete by 2:00PM.

Services that will be down: 

During this maintenance window all University IT applications including email will be intermittently unavailable.

Services that will remain online:

Internet, Wi-Fi, Telephones.

Who you should contact if you have concerns/questions:

After our updates are completed application services and email should resume normal operation. If you find you are unable to access an application, please email the Fairfield ITS Helpdesk at itshelpdesk@fairfield.edu or notify us by calling 203-254-4069.
