FYE needs YOU to be a Community Associate!

Want to be more involved at Fairfield University? Want to guide and make a difference in the life of a first-year or transfer student? If you answered yes to either of these questions, please consider being a Community Associate (CA) in the First Year Experience (FYE) Program!

CAs work closely with the Office of Student Engagement and a New Student Leader (NSL) to assist first-year and transfer students in meeting their educational, interpersonal, spiritual, and social needs during their first year at Fairfield University. The CA is responsible for co-facilitating the FYE seminar that is required for all first-year and transfer students. Their NSL partner is a sophomore, junior, or senior that assists in the facilitation of the seminar while serving as a peer mentor outside the classroom as well.
