Indoor Cycling Classes (spin) the Summer at the RecPlex

Our summer cycling classes are the best deal in town! 

Fairfield University Faculty and Staff are invited to take indoor cycling classes (aka Spin) at the RecPlex this summer.  No need to be a member of the RecPlex.  Please do not bring guests.  We are only making the offer to University employees.

The Walk in rate is $5/class (vs. classes at area studios for $20 to $40/class!)

Call the Front Desk of the RecPlex , ext. 4141, the day of class to see if there are bikes available.  Payment is due at the time of  your class.  $5 cash or check.  Exact change is very much appreciated.

Classes are being offered on Mondays at 5 p.m., Wednesdays at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m., Thursdays at 8 a.m.  

No experience necessary.  Our instructor, Kate Junkins, will assist you with bike set up and explain the very simple instructions for a great class experience.  You WILL need to get to class early.  They start right on time!
