**Notice Regarding Memorial Day Holiday for Hourly Employees**

Due to the upcoming Fairfield University holiday on Monday, May 30, the deadline for submitting hours and manager approval will be extended to 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 31.   It always advisable, however, to submit your hours by your last workday of the week. 

Additionally, if you are working on a summer hour schedule, you will need to add the appropriate number of holiday hours for Monday, May 30 to make up your daily amount.  Please consult your supervisor with any questions regarding how many hours to enter.
