Racial Justice is Social Justice (RJSJ) is a group of Fairfield University faculty, staff and students committed to leading change at Fairfield University in order to create a more diverse and inclusive campus. RJSJ is also committed to promoting ongoing dialogue on racial justice and to building our capacity to engage in this critical dialogue and to take action for change at Fairfield University.
RJSJ is made up of various disciplines and departments from across campus. Some members have been involved for years; some are new to join - ALL are WELCOME! Email RJSJ@fairfield.edu to request joining the listserv.
We will gather in-person over the summer to connect and to discuss selected topics or readings. Bring your lunch and join us at the Barone Campus Center Stag Snack Bar Outdoor Patio Tables at 12:30pm on Wednesday, June 8th. Additional summer meetings are: Wednesdays, 12:30-1:30pm - July 13th and August 10th/ Thursdays, 12-1pm – June 23rd, July 21st and August 25th.
