Carly Thibault-DuDonis Campus Introduction and Meet & Greet - Tuesday at 11 AM

Thibault-DuDonis was officially announced as the sixth head coach in program history – third in the Division I era – on April 11, 2022 by Director of Athletics Paul Schlickmann. Most recently the Associate Head Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at the University of Minnesota, Thibault-DuDonis was also on the coaching staff for back-to-back Final Four teams at Mississippi State University and previously served at Florida State University and Eastern Michigan University.

The former East Lyme High School and Monmouth University standout takes the helm of a Fairfield Women’s Basketball program that is coming off of an historic campaign. The 2021-22 Stags won the MAAC Championship for the first time since 1998 and reached the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 2001 in the 15th and final season led by Head Coach Joe Frager.
