(Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam, For the Greater Glory of God)
The Murphy Center for Ignatian Spirituality will offer a weekend version of the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius Loyola. This silent retreat, directed by staff members of the Murphy Center for Ignatian Spirituality, will be held at Wisdom House in Litchfield, Conn. There are a limited number of spaces available for faculty, staff, and students. We hope you will consider participating.
The retreat will include opportunities for daily meetings with a spiritual director, and will also involve presentations on key aspects of this uniquely Ignatian retreat. All participants will have their own bedroom, all meals will be provided and home-cooked, and transportation is included.
We will depart from Fairfield University on Friday, March 1, 2019, and will return on Sunday, March 3. Faculty and staff participants are asked to contribute $100.00 for this experience. Students are free. With a supervisor’s approval, this retreat may be a possible opportunity for professional development for mission at Fairfield University. Number of participants is limited to 10.
