MAC OS 10.14 Mojave - End of Life

Out of date operating systems present a significant risk to Fairfield University's privacy and security. Help us stay secure by ensuring your equipment, operating systems, and software are up to date and in support.

Apple released their newest operating system, Monterey, ITS will begin testing very soon. In the meantime, ITS has tested and approved the upgrade to macOS 11 Big Sur. The operating system Mojave (10.14) is approaching end of life which means computers running Mojave will no longer receive security updates.  

 To check what OS you are curently running, click the Apple Menu (top left) and select "About this Mac"

We ask all users to upgrade to Big Sur at their earliest convenience.

 Please always remember to back up your data before upgrading.
