Thursday, September 30 / Wednesday, October 13 & Tuesday, October 26
Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, ConnectiCare, Cigna insurances are accepted.
Also accepted are Medicare Advantage plans for Aetna, Anthem Care partners and Connecticare
If you have any of the insurances listed above it will be billed directly to your insurance company.
Private pay cost is $45 ($75 for high dose for seniors).
Students can pay with Stagbucks, tuition charge or cash
