Open Booking for Outdoor Tents

The Round Hill Academic Tents are available for non-academic class related bookings to accommodate requests for outdoor meetings (previously limited to academic class bookings only) effective immediately.

The Office of Conference & Event Management has secured two tents the campus community may reserve using the EMS (Event Management Software) reservation system for outdoor lectures and meetings.  The two tents are located on the grass area by the far end of the Canisius Parking Lot along Round Hill Road (Round Hill Academic Tents). The Round Hill Academic Tents measure 800 square feet (40' x 20').  Each tent is preset with 50 chairs and 1 instructor table, with directional signage for each tent.  The tents do not have power or media capabilities and are weather dependent for use.  The tents are only available “as-is” and will not accommodate setup requests for changes to the standard setup.

The tent reservation portal is open for reservation requests effective immediately.  Outdoor tents can be reserved up to 14 days in advance.  Please keep in mind that in an effort to offer all groups the opportunity to utilize the outdoor tents, there is a limit of two tent reservations per person, per day of use.
