EMS Reservations System Server Update and Upgrade

On Tuesday August 24th at 4pm, the EMS room reservation system will be taken offline for any room reservations as it undergoes an update and upgrade to the backend server. During this time no persons should be accessing the reservation client, both on the web (ems.fairfield.edu) or the desktop software installed on their computer.  Any reservations that are attempted while the system is off-line will result in an error messages and will not save the reservation in the system.
