**Notice Regarding Independence Day Holiday for Hourly Employees**

This Friday, July 2 and Monday, July 5, 2021 Fairfield University will be observing the Independence Day Holiday.  You must enter holiday hours for Friday, July 2 in accordance with your department’s summer hour rules not to exceed four hours.  Please consult your supervisor with any questions regarding how many hours to enter.

In addition, you will have until Tuesday, July 6 at 10:00 a.m. to submit your hours for the week of June 28-July 4.  Please keep in mind, this is also the deadline for supervisor approval so it is best practice to submit your hours by Friday or on the last day you work for the week.
