Announcing Theatre Fairfield's 21-22 Season

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who responded to Theatre Fairfield's survey about our plays for the 2021-22 season.  We are your theatre company, so your input in invaluable.  The race was tight, so we will keep the alternate plays on our must-do-in-the-future list.  You also made great suggestions for themes and plays you'd like us to explore in the future.  Thank you for that guidance.

The Thanksgiving Play by Larissa FastHorse, October 20-24, 2021, Wien Black Box Theatre

Project X, devised by Theatre Fairfield, December 2, 4, 5, 2021, Wien Black Box Theatre

This is an original piece that investigates race and privilege at Fairfield University, but also reflects America's 21st century struggle with race and social justice.  Project X is intended to provoke empathy, while promoting frank and respectful dialogue.  Project X is the 2021 entry in TF's biennial Theatre in the Raw: The Lucille Lortel Festival of New Works, funded by a generous donation from Ms. Lortel. https://www.theatre-fairfield.org/project-x

Pride and Prejudice by Kate Hamill, based on the novel by Jane Austen, April 6-10, 2022, Wien Black Box Theatre
