Attention all Faculty- Representatives needed for Gender-Based Violence Campus Grant Committee

Fairfield University has been awarded a three year grant through the Dept. of Justice Office on Violence Against Women to enhance campus efforts to prevent gender-based violence and to improve our response services for survivors.  

We are in the process of putting together a Coordinated Community Response Team (CCRT) which is comprised of campus stakeholders as well as community representatives from the Fairfield Police Department and the Center for Family Justice in Bridgeport.  We are looking for interested faculty and staff representatives to serve on this essential team. 

The CCRT is a three year commitment with Year 1 dedicated to  needs assessment and strategic planning. Year 2 will focus on implementing the strategic plan goals and Year 3 will focus on continuing implementation and/or revising the strategic plan as necessary.  For more information or if you are interested in serving on this committee please contact Program Coordinator, Pam Paulmann at ppaulmann@fairfield.edu.
