Canon Copier firmware update

ITS and Ryan Business systems will be performing firmware updates on our fleet of Canon copiers over the next few days.

These updated are scheduled for the evenings and with little to no down time to the fleet.  We also have a summer intern, Sony Somedi, who is labeling these devices with their individual IP address.   

We expect be completed with this project in the next two weeks.
