Seeking volunteers - First-Year College Move-In Parent/Guardian Experience Focus Group

We are participants in an Emerging Leaders cohort at Fairfield University.  As part of our current module on customer service, we are exploring how parents experience the process of moving their child into college, often referred to as “First-Year Move-In Day.”  We are seeking parents/guardians of traditional, college-age students, who have experienced the first-year moving-in process with their child in the past 2-3 years at any college/university, to participate in a brief conversation about their experience. 

This conversation, scheduled for Monday, April 26^th at 1 p.m. will take place via Zoom and last no more than one hour.  If you are willing to participate, please sign up using the link below.  You will be sent a Zoom link after registration.  

This is an internal project intended to help the members of our Emerging Leaders cohort practice the application of knowledge and skills gained through our current module on customer service.  This is not a formal research project.  Feel free to reach out to any of us with questions you have about participation.
