Important Account Update for Enterprise/National Rental Car Customers

To all Enterprise/National Rental Car customers,

Recently there has been some confusion with the correct Account and Billing information to be used when renting from Enterprise/ National. Enterprise has recently brought to my attention that Fairfield University has several active accounts set up. In an effort to clean up our account we will be moving to a single Account number Effective September 1, 2019. Account Number XZ24B80 will be the only active account for Fairfield University. Account numbers F20875 and DBX24S4 will be inactivated.

If you use billing #847527 in conjunction with Account number F20875, or billing  #16727239 in conjunction with Account# DBX24S4, contact me and I will provide the correct billing # to be used effective September 1, 2019.

If you were utilizing Account Number F20875 or DBX24S4 and are currently an Enterprise Plus or Emerald member please email your User ID# to Ryan Gilmour at Ryan.D.Gilmour@ehi.com and he will link your memberships to the correct Account and Billing numbers.

If anyone is not currently an Emerald club or Enterprise plus member and would like to sign up please email Ryan Gilmour at Ryan.D.Gilmour@ehi.com and he will get you enrolled.

Any rentals made before September 1, 2019 will not be impacted by this change.
