Library Building Hours & Services (Easter & “Study in Place“)
The DiMenna-Nyselius Library building will be closed April 2nd - 9th for the Easter break and University’s “Study in Place” period. The building will reopen on Saturday, April 10th at 10:30am to students, faculty, and staff that have gone through the University’s testing protocols for access to campus.

Accessing Library Materials While the Library Building is Closed During the University's "Study in Place" period from 4/6 - 4/9: Faculty, staff, and on campus students can request library materials from DNL & InterLibrary Loan for "contact-free pick-up" and retrieve materials from a cart in the library lobby (lobby accessible by swiping your StagCard) when you are notified they are ready. Make requests through the library catalog by signing in with your NetID and click "Request" within each item record and then select "DiMenna-Nyselius Library" from the Pick-Up Location drop-down. Off-campus students, faculty, and staff can select "Home Address" and enter their mailing address for shipping. To submit InterLibrary Loan requests please visit https://fairfield.illiad.oclc.org/illiad/logon.html . Home Delivery of Physical Items from the Library collection or InterLibrary Loan (ILL) for students, faculty, and staff that are working 100% remote and cannot make it onto campus to retrieve materials. More information available here . Campus delivery to faculty and staff member's on-campus offices will be paused 4/2 - 4/11 and will resume on 4/12. Make requests through the library catalog by signing in with your NetID and click "Request" within each item record and then select "Work Address" from the Pick-Up Location drop-down.
