Celebrate World Water Day by Helping Supply Water Filters to Communities in Need! Wine to Water Fundraiser

The Humanitarian Action Club is thrilled to be collaborating with the non-profit organization, Wine to Water, an organization focused on making clean water accessible to thousands of communities across the world. Wine to Water operates out of five international offices located in the United States, Nepal, Colombia, Dominican Republic, and Tanzania. As an agency, W|W believes the world is made better by people coming together and caring for the needs of others. Their work of building and implementing water filters in communities that lack access to drinkable water, has proven that water is much more than just an essential component to life, but also a necessary tool to uphold human dignity. The power of clean water means education, empowerment, and liberation for communities suppressed by a lack of access to the infrastructure we are blessed to have at Fairfield University.  We look forward to bringing the organization's positive message and work to the Fairfield community.

Join us in our fundraising efforts as we approach World Water Day on March 22nd and organize to purchase and assemble water filters during an on campus event in mid April.
