Join Us! Webinar on Preparing & Monitoring Grant Budgets with Confidence
Date: 02-17-2021
Time: 11:30 AM
Location: Zoom
With a primary focus on foundation grants, our discussion aims to provide a fresh perspective on developing and managing a grant budget. In this session, you will learn how to:
- Write a budget that paints a compelling picture of your goals and story in numbers
- Identify the main components of a project budget for research or a program
- Draft a budget narrative that elaborates on your budget items
- Monitor your expenses and use budget reports to share your impact
This webinar will spend the first 20-30 min on preparing a grant budget, about 45 min on post-award monitoring of the grant budget and then leave time for Q&A. Members of the Finance Department will join the ORG team to offer a training on how to record and monitor your expenses in Workday, including tips and good practices.
