Join the 21-Day Ignatian Racial Equity Challenge

Join the 21-Day Ignatian Racial Equity Challenge to kick-off Black History Month.  We begin on Monday, February 1, 2021 and conclude on Sunday, February 21, 2021.  This leads up to our Martin Luther King, Jr. Convocation on Monday, February 22, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. with Cristina Beltrán.

This 21-Day Challenge is hosted by the Ignatian Solidarity Network that provides social justice education grounded in Catholic Social Teaching.  This Challenge is designed to meet participants where they are on their anti-racist journey.  It can be done individually and in groups.  To join, simply go to 21-Day Ignatian Racial Equity Challenge.

Drop-in sessions where we can gather and discuss the 21-Day Challenge will be hosted by groups from across campus and announced over the coming days. 

This 21-Day Challenge is supported by the MLK Convocation Committee, Center for Social Impact, Center for Catholic Studies, Campus Ministry, Office of Student Diversity and Multicultural Affairs, CT-ACE Fairfield Chapter, and Alpha Sigma Nu.  This 21-Day Challenge brings our Fairfield community together as one way to reflect on and advance our Diversity and Inclusive Excellence Mission Statement.
