Fairfield University will be launching a new telephone system as of August 15. Information Technology Services and Telserv, our new telecom vendor, are collaborating to provide virtual telephone and voicemail training sessions next week:

Tuesday August 11^{th @ 9am, 10 am, 11 am, 1 pm and 2 pm}

Wednesday August 12^{th @ 9am, 10 am, 11 am, 1 pm and 2 pm}

Thursday August 13^{th @ 9am, 10 am, 11 am, 1 pm and 2 pm}

To ensure a successful launch of the new system, it is recommended that you attend one of the 45-minute sessions to familiarize yourself with new feature changes and voice mail set up. Click the link below to join any of the above meetings at the scheduled time:
