The Dolan Career Development Center has created two highly engaging online workshops tailored to the professional development needs and interests of our graduate students. We welcome any and all Dolan graduate students, faculty and staff to attend. The workshops will be led by a Dolan Advisory Board member and moderated by Dolan faculty. Attending a graduate master class workshop will satisfy a Grad Professional Development Series (GradPDS) requirement: Dolan Event.

ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Steve Siwinski is a Partner at High Road Capital Partners, a private equity firm focused on buying and building leading middle market companies, where he works with investment and management teams to implement financial, operational and strategic best practices to overcome challenges, position businesses for growth and drive value creation. Prior to joining High Road, Steve was an operating partner with Marlin Equity Partners, a multi-billion dollar operationally focused private equity firm; held various CFO, corporate restructuring and private equity advisory roles; and started his career at Ernst & Young where he was a partner in the New York private equity practice.

Steve received a BS in accounting and finance from Fairfield University’s Dolan School of Business and an MBA in finance and management strategy from New York University’s Stern School of Business where he was a Stern Scholar and graduated with honors. He is a CPA, has served on several boards including Fairfield’s Dolan School of Business Advisory Board and is a frequent speaker on private equity and corporate finance topics for a variety of industry and educational organizations.
