Phone System Upgrade

Information Technology is pleased to announce that we are in the process of upgrading the University Campus Phone System starting now through late August.  The current phone system will continue to be  operational until our final cut-over date, later in August. Our new phone system will provide more advanced features including the option to have your voicemail delivered to Outlook, as well as a software application that will make your smartphone or laptop act as your desk phone.

Beginning now, and continuing over the next few weeks new telephones will be installed around campus. The new phones will not be fully operational until the final cut-over date, which will be announced later this month.  For now, even though the new phone is in place, please continue to use your original phone. More information and training material will follow soon.
