The Dolan Career Development Center has created two highly engaging online workshops tailored to the professional development needs and interests of our graduate students. We welcome any and all Dolan graduate students, faculty and staff to attend. The workshops will be led by a Dolan Advisory Board member and moderated by Dolan faculty. Attending a graduate master class workshop will satisfy a Grad Professional Development Series (GradPDS) requirement: Dolan Event.

Kelly’s 30-year GE career has spanned across multiple industries and through varying business cycles, positioning her well in her current role guiding leaders and employees through the transformation of the new GE Gas Power business as the Vice President for Human Resources.

She joined GE in 1989 on the Financial Management Program. In 1997, she moved into the Human Resources function and has since held a series of leadership roles in human resources and development in GE’s Corporate, Capital, Healthcare, Global Research, and Transportation divisions. In 2014, Kelly was named Vice President of Human Resources for GE Power.

Kelly is also the mother of three amazing children – two currently enrolled in university studies and one completing his high school career—each has survived and thrived alongside their mother’s career.

Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University and a master’s degree in human resources management and organizational behavior from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
