DeStress Chair Massage for Employees

Back by popular demand!  As part of Fairfield University’s “Year of Well-being”, all employees are invited to participate in a DeStress Chair Massage Event in BCC 200 on Monday, February 24 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Licensed massage therapists from Massage Envy will be available for 10 minute sessions. In addition to providing stretch and non-stretch options, the therapists will have a hypervolt machine,which uses high vibrations to provide effective Rapid Tension Relief. Take a break, and get relaxed and refreshed!  There is no charge to employees for this event.   

Availability is limited, and advance sign up is required. Due to the popularity of this event and to ensure that everyone has a chance to participate, we request that employees who were able to participate in the January session please refrain from signing up for this session. We expect to offer this event on a recurring basis. We also request that employees who sign up but are not able to attend please update the sign up genius, to ensure that all available time slots are utilized.    

Employees are reminded to check with their supervisors as appropriate before leaving their work site, to ensure proper staffing.
