Wolof Lessons: Learn a West African trade language!

Studying a non-traditional language will change your perspective of the world and set you apart in the job market!
Now available at no charge are a series of Wolof language lessons, beginning on February 9th, Sunday. For the next 8 sessions, participants will meet every Sunday evening (February 9, 16, 23, March 1, 22, 29, April 5, 9) in DMH 231 with a local teacher of West African decent, and learn culture and language firsthand, including greetings, survival phrases, music, dance, and customs.
Wolof is spoken by more than 10 million people and is a the most common trade language spoken in West Africa.
All students, faculty, and staff are invited to join!
