Duo Mobile app updates

Users running older versions (below 4.85.0) of the Duo Mobile app will see a message prompting them to upgrade the app the every time they use Duo until they upgrade.  The message will look like this:



Any user who sees this message will need to go to the Apple App Store (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/duo-mobile/id422663827) or Google Play Store (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.duosecurity.duomobile) to update the version of Duo Mobile app on their device.

Duo Mobile will continue to work for older versions of the app until February 2nd when Duo makes a change to their systems.  At that point anyone not using version 4.85.0 or newer of the app will be unable to access Fairfield resources.  As a general practice ITS recommends that you allow your mobile devices to automatically update any apps that you have installed to make sure that you are not running insecure apps.
