25Live is Here!

Information Technology Services, Conference and Event Management, and the Office of the Registrar have completed the move from EMS to 25Live to manage room and event scheduling. Below are some additional important dates related to 25Live and the shutdown of EMS.

In-person and virtual training sessions will be available for users to familiarize themselves with 25Live. As a bonus, if you attend a training session this week, you will get access to the system a week before the rest of the university community.

EMS will no longer be available for reference of historical data. In anticipation of this, please run any reports or copy any information on past events that you may need to reference ahead of this date.
