Reading Day Support for Students: Destress Fest & Cram Jam
Please encourage students to take advantage of the following reading day events to kick off finals week:
- Destress Fest, brought to you by Fairfield U Wellness and campus partners, Thursday May 1st, 12-4pm at 3 campus locations
- Egan Chapel
- BBQ hosted by Campus Ministry, 12-1:30pm
- Flower Bar and Here for You, 1-3pm
- Popcorn Bar & Crafts, 1-4pm
- DiMenna-Nyselius Library, lawn & lobby
- Goat cuddles, 1-3pm weather dependent
- Therapy dogs, 1-4pm
- Essential oils, lawn games, bubbles, healthy treats, & build your own wellness bag, 1-4pm
- Rec Plex
- Massages, 1-4pm first come, first served
- Cram Jam: An Academic & Wellness Reading Day Tradition, hosted by the Library, Academic Commons, & Fairfield U Wellness, Friday May 2nd, 11am-3pm, DiMenna-Nyselius Library (Cram Jam at the Bellarmine campus will take place on Tuesday April 29th, 11:30-1:30pm)
- Academic support offered by librarians and Academic Commons tutors (Math Center, Writing Center, Science Center).
- Coffee, tea, snacks
- Therapy dogs
- Study supplies
- Glitter jars, stress ball making, seed planting, play-doh, coloring, & more
