Interested in teaching a section of First-Year Experience (FYE)?

The application is now open for the fall 2025 semester Community Associate (CA) position and will close on March 31^st. This is a great way to get involved with first-year students and assist them through their transition to Fairfield University!

To learn more about the position, please attend one of the zoom information sessions:

• Thursday, February 27^th @ 11:30am – 12:00pm
• Wednesday, March 5^th @ 1:30pm – 2:00pm
• Monday, March 17^th @ 11:00am - 11:30am
• Tuesday, March 25^th @ 9:30am – 10:00am

All applications will be considered “pending” until the FYE Team confirms with HR if a faculty/staff member is eligible to be hired as a CA. The FYE Team will reach out to all new CA applicants (who do not attend an information session) to see if they would like to set up a meeting to talk about the position.
