VPN Service Update

As part of our continuous efforts to enhance our technological infrastructure, we are finalizing the transition to Global Protect VPN. While many users have already successfully adopted this platform, we want to ensure everyone has the support needed for a smooth transition.

Key Points:

1. Global Protect VPN is the approved remote access solution
2. Effective February 27, 2025, all remote access should be through Global Protect VPN
3. The ITS team is available to provide support during this transition
