"Soul" Digital Gratitude Journal Program Launch

Fairfield University is excited to partner with the "Soul" platform for the Spring semester to help our students, faculty, and staff cultivate a sense of gratitude in their everyday lives. Soul is an SMS-based tool that helps individuals build a gratitude practice through prompts inspired by Ignatian spirituality. Sent via text message, these prompts foster reflection, connection, and habits of mindfulness.

Inspire Your Spiritual Practice with Gratitude

Gratitude is a powerful spiritual practice that opens the heart and nurtures the soul. Studies show it can reduce stress, improve sleep, and bring greater joy to daily life. But forming a consistent gratitude habit can feel overwhelming. Individuals are 350% aware of gratitude in their lives after using Soul.

Soul makes it effortless to integrate gratitude into your spiritual journey. Through intuitive, heartfelt, spiritually-oriented prompts delivered to your phone, Soul invites you to reflect deeply on the blessings in your life. Whether you respond with a word, a photo, or a voice memo, your thoughts are securely stored in an online journal.

But, Soul doesn’t stop at journaling—it offers personalized experiences and rituals to deepen your connection to gratitude and inner peace. It’s a tool for those seeking to strengthen their spiritual foundation and nurture the light within.
