Join us for Brave Space Training, an interactive workshop designed to foster open, respectful, and courageous conversations. This session will provide participants with the tools to navigate challenging discussions, embrace diverse perspectives, and cultivate inclusive environments.

What You’ll Learn:

• Strategies for engaging in difficult conversations
• The role of power, privilege, and intersectionality
• Active listening and empathy-building techniques
• Creating a campus culture of mutual respect and support

This training is open to faculty and staff looking to deepen their understanding of inclusive dialogue and strengthen their ability to facilitate meaningful discussions in the classroom, when mentoring, or advising a club.
